Description
Missions
Installation, configuration, integration, and testing of application components, programs, and modules based on available documentation or under the guidance of a senior technician.
Diagnosis of incidents related to application modules installed at customer sites.
Ability to independently resolve medium-complexity requests.
Creation and validation of Knowledge Base documentation.
Collaboration in internal training sessions and provision of support to customer end users.
Participation in and delivery of customer support services whenever required.
Preparation of periodic service delivery reports.
Occasional travel to customer sites, both nationally and internationally.
Ensuring that all minimum required information is included to enable successful ticket triage.
Communicating the resolution of requests to customers.

Required Profile
High school diploma (vocational/technical programme in IT) or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Knowledge of the insurance industry (preferred);
English proficiency at A1 level.
ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).

Basic knowledge of DB2 and/or SQL Server.
