Technical Installation & Infrastructure Support (PT)

Install and configure technology infrastructures.
Execute and develop software installation scripts.
Prepare and maintain installation documentation for clients.
Complement and update the installation documentation for application modules.
Analyse and resolve low- to medium-complexity issues.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing processes.
Coordinate project installations in which they are involved.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
ITIL training (preferred).
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Logical and structured thinking.
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

Preferred Technical Skills:
Databases – Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, DB2/400.
Operating Systems – Linux, Windows, AIX, IBM i.
Platforms – Docker.
Application Servers – WildFly, JBoss Application Server, WebSphere Application Server, IIS, HCL Portal Server, Karaf, ActiveMQ.
Authentication and Security – Microsoft Directory Services, Tivoli Directory Server, OAuth, Keycloak.
Scripting and Automation – Linux and Windows scripting.
