Perform Cleva application operation procedures.
Provide telephone support to customers.
Install and configure IT systems.
Diagnose and resolve IT infrastructure issues.
Carry out partner certifications.

Required Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant professional experience in the field.
Knowledge of AIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
Knowledge of networking and firewalls (Cisco and Fortinet).
Strong knowledge of IBM i (AS/400) operating system – preferred qualification.
Knowledge of databases (DB2, Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server).
Knowledge of virtualization technologies (POWER VM, Microsoft Hyper-V).
Availability for occasional travel.
Good communication skills.
Team spirit, autonomy, and proactivity.
